This sweet and fruity dessert uses simple ingredients. Best of all, it takes only 15 minutes to make.
INGREDIENTS

1 cup fresh raspberries
1/3 cup caster sugar
2 tbs cornflour
1/4 tsp salt
2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbs brown sugar

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium.

Divide the raspberries between four 1-cup capacity ramekins.

Combine the sugar, cornflour and salt in a medium saucepan. Stir in the milk, then heat to boiling, stirring continuously. Stir in the vanilla then spoon mixture over the raspberries.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon brown sugar over each of the desserts and lightly grill for 2-3 minutes or until sugar is just melted. Serve immediately.
