10 reasons why you need a holiday
A trip away would be about as heavenly as winning the lottery, but who has the time, right? Well it looks like you better clear some space because experts are now saying that regular holidays are a vital necessity, not a luxury.
Breast reduction Medicare
I am 159cm tall and wear a G-cup bra. I am constantly weighed down by my large breasts and can't remember a time when I didn't have back and neck pain, as well as other problems. I believe that I should be entitled to a breast reduction through Medicare. I was wondering if Medicare covered the entire procedure and fees or if they just cover a small amount? How much out of pocket would I be responsible for? As I am paying off a mortgage, surgery isn't a luxury I can afford.
Painful arm after breast augmentation
I had 380cc gel implants placed under the muscle via my armpit two-and-a-half weeks ago. The area from my scar down to my elbow is numb on the inside of my bicep, and there is also a very painful pulling feeling when I try to completely straighten my arm. It feels like there is a piece of string in there that won't let my arm extend fully. Should I be worried or will this all fade over time?
25 of the best ever tips for travelling in Australia
Is your body calling out for a break? Could your mind do with a rest? Do you wish you could get away from the rat race and jumpstart your energy engine? Welcome to the club! According to a study conducted by Tourism Australia, a whopping 60 per cent of us are not taking our four weeks annual leave each year. So why aren't we up for a break? Many people think it's too expensive or difficult to book a holiday, but they couldn't be more wrong. Whether it's a trip up the coast or a plane ride to one of the islands in the Whitsundays, an Aussie sea-change is the key to making your happy basket overflow.
Twelve ways to destress
Most people have a very good idea of just what it is they need when they're under stress; they rightly say it's nothing that more time or a holiday wouldn't fix! When so many stress problems result from simple neglect of doing what we know to be right for us, it's only fair to give a plug to basic commonsense. Let's look at 12 simple but important ways to help yourself.
