Water works

Ask any celebrity personal trainer how much water you should drink and most will tell you no less that three litres a day. Here they give us the scoop as to how, why and what product they recommend the most.

"I like the waters that have added electrolytes, like Smart Water," says Eva Longoria's personal trainer, Patrick Murphy.

And if you didn't notice, Jennifer Aniston (pictured) is the face and body of this brand of water.

"I tell Eva to drink three litres of water a day to flush out all the toxins. It's a good idea to keep all your systems hydrated and at optimal performance", Murphy says.

Nutritionist to the stars, Philip Goglia, says Smart Water contains the most oxygen per gram of water. "It's highly oxygenated and has the best balance of electrolytes. If you want to shed weight or make that cellulite disappear, drink between three and five litres of high-oxygenated water a day. It increases hydration, you urinate more and, as a result, you more efficiently utilise your fats."
