Health & Wellbeing's road test
Health writer Holly Pendlebury tried out the weight-loss program (there is also a detox available), to shift a few of the extra kilos she'd packed on over the winter.

"You name a diet — I have done it. In the same of research or simply bikini-body panic! And while any diet will result in weight loss if you stick with it, I've never before come across one that is so easy, so delicious and doesn't leave you craving rubbish.

The food, which was delivered to me in the morning, was absolutely delicious and in large portions to accommodate for both men and women. I was told to eat until I was 70 percent full and was certainly never left hungry.

I tried out the diet for two weeks and also cut alcohol out of my diet at the same time. The diet was easy — the food arrived, I packed myself a little lunch box for the day and then I didn't have to think about it again. As someone who spends quite a lot of time thinking about food, this was a huge relief — I knew what I could eat and I knew I would enjoy it.

After the two weeks I noticed a huge difference both physically and mentally. I had lost 3kg but I also felt less lethargic. Usually I have regular coffee breaks at work to get myself through the day but on the diet I was much more "bouncy" and didn't need the coffee hits.

I would recommend this diet to anyone who can part with the cash. It's balanced, healthy, delicious and oh-so-convenient! It's been a real learning experience for me and armed me with a few recipe ideas too."

Prices start from $222 for a six-day weight loss program, call (02) 9387 7771 or visit www.eatfitfood.com.au for more information.
