Blushing beet juice


An organic and healthy juice recipe from Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat.
INGREDIENTS

3-5 Carrots
2-3 celery sticks
1 knob ginger
1-2 beetroot (always peeled)
Top up with organic apple juice and some ice
METHOD


  • Blend or mix ingredients together.


The juice contains vitamins C and B plus folic acid and beta-carotene, chlorine, manganese, calcium, iron, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, copper.

It may be beneficial in cases of iron deficiency and anaemia. Improves energy and vitality. Ginger is a natural antibiotic for the whole family.
