Green giant juice


An organic and healthy juice recipe from Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat.
INGREDIENTS

2 cucumbers
3 sprigs mint
2 celery sticks
2 silverbeet leaves
1-2 limes
3-4 sprigs parsley
METHOD


  • Blend or mix ingredients together.

The juice contains vitamins B and C plus beta carotene, sodium, silica, magnesanese, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, iron, folic acid, sulphur, chlorophyll.


It helps with natural diuretic properties, reduces acidity which is beneficial in cases of arthritis, gout and toxicity. Supports kidney and liver function. Excellent in cases of anaemia. Reduces fatigue and constipation.
