Layered chocolate mousse with coffee cream and strawberries
Combine the ricotta and coffee.
INGREDIENTS
100g reduced-fat ricotta cheese
2 teaspoons coffee, cold
120g strawberries, sliced
70g tub Chocolate Mousse Dessert
20g crunchy almond nougat, coarsely chopped
2 pinches cinnamon
METHOD
Combine the ricotta and coffee.
Spoon layers of the mixture and the strawberries into 2 serving glasses.
Top with the chocolate mousse and sprinkle with the nougat and cinnamon.
