"Muffin top", "spare tyre" and "love handles" are just a few of the terms used to describe the layer of fat that hangs over the top of your low-waisted jeans.
Health and Fitness expert Amelia Burton advises on how to get rid of the overhang with some fun and effective exercises no gym membership necessary!
"You can't spot reduce body fat particularly," Burton told Kerri-Anne, "but you can certainly do a lot of exercises that reduce body fat all over and you can tone up the areas that are your trouble spots."
Burton's top muffin-top busting exercises are:
- Hula hooping;
- Belly dancing;
- Side-leg raises;
- Combine aerobic and strength training.
