Question:
I am doing all the correct training and eating healthy, but besides this, what else can I do to help me feel slimmer and stay on track?
Answer:
That's a great question as while it's important to train and eat right, doing all the other small things correctly will help keep you in the right frame of mind to succeed!
Here are my top tips outside of actual exercise and healthy eating:
- Get a bikini-line wax. It makes you feel sexy, slimmer and more streamlined.
- Get a slight tan or use fake tan. This will help you look more toned and slimmer.
- Read self-help books from guys like Anthony Robbins and Brian Tracy. The power of the mind is amazing.
- Mix with people who will pump you up rather than bring you down. Most people don't intentionally try to derail your attempts at weight loss but negative people will harm your chances of achieving your best results.
- Dress for your body shape. Expose your favourite body parts which you feel are your best and cover up body parts which you feel are your worst. Wearing black or dark colours will also help you look slimmer.
