First Magda Szubanski wowed us with her amazing weight-loss success and now British rock-child Kelly Osbourne has done the same.

Every day of New York Fashion Week she stepped out in an edgy new knock-out outfit looking fashionably fit and healthy, sending jaws dropping to the floor.

The 23-year-old, who was previously a size 14, has been derided for her weight for years. Since appearing on Dancing with the Stars last year, Kelly has now won her weight battle and shared her secrets with US magazine, Life & Style.

"A trick I've learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbohydrates and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going," Kelly told the magazine.

"They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I've found just having a tiny little snack — like half an apple or something like that — before you go to sleep really helps."

For exercise, Kelly mainly focuses on cardio and says she also loves Pilates. "Pilates is amazing," she said. "My posture is so much better and I'm even starting to get muscles on my tummy — it's incredible."
