Kristin Davis shared her bikini-body secrets with Fitness magazine.
Kristin Davis, best known for her role as Charlotte in Sex and the City, claims she found appearing on the cover of Fitness magazine in the US in a bikini "intimidating".
"I'm not going to lie. It was very intimidating. There are people who feel comfortable in bathing suits, and I don't know how they do it," the down-to-earth actress said.
But looking at the 45-year old's killer abs, it's clear she had nothing to fear.
Kristin shared the secrets to her toned, taut body with Fitness.

To stay in shape, the stunning actress says she alternates between hiking, yoga, Pilates and cardio, mixing it up to keep things interesting.
"I can't just hop on the treadmill," Davis said. "I need to mix things up and enjoy what I'm doing."
She also amped up her work-out prior to the cover shoot, attending celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson's gym in New York.

But the actress insists she doesn't diet to keep in shape and is proud of her curves.
"If all I ate were salads every day, I'd shoot myself," Davis told the magazine.
"Who cares if you can fit in your skinny jeans, if you can't enjoy life and have something good to eat?" she said.
"I have hips. I'm never going to be the thinnest actress and I don't want to be. When you're at peace with yourself and your body you're automatically more confident."
Sex and the City 2 opens in cinemas on June 2.
