Crow's feet and fine lines around eyes

Question

Short of having Botox, laser surgery or dermal filler, is there any operation that can correct crow's feet and fine lines around the eyes?

Answer

There are surgical procedures to address this problem and they were the treatment of choice prior to the use of Botox and dermal fillers. The difficulty is that these surgical procedures do not produce results that are as predictable and natural in appearance as Botox or fillers.
