Craniosacral therapy
Duration: 80 minutes initially, then 50 minutes follow-up

A gentle, non-invasive therapy that modifies and corrects tensions in the craniosacral system. CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and correcting the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system, comprising the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch the practitioner relaxes and releases restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. A profound change of the body, mind and emotion often occurs on or several days after a session.

This technique is especially useful for those who have never experienced deep but gentle body work as well as those with chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
