Get ready to cover your peepers. In a new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim wants to pump up her beauty image, so she pays a visit to her plastic surgeon and gets injected with Botox, reported US Magazine.com.
She even passes on the numbing cream. "I think I can handle it," she said. "I have a really high tolerance for pain."
Kim takes sister Khloe (and her film crew) along with her for support. Khloe openly criticises Kim for getting Botox-beautified without the numbing cream. "This is disgusting. I hate needles!" Khloe says. "You're so stupid."
Kim later regrets taking her little sister along with her "I don't even know why I brought Khloe along with me. I mean, she's just making all this noise and she's freaked out about the needles, and I just want her to shut up and just be supportive."
