For your activity level, choose from either light, moderate or heavy.
"Light" means you are physically active only a few times a week. If your job is not physically active, and you exercise three times a week or less, you fall into this category.
"Moderate" means you exercise more than three times a week.
"Heavy" means that as well as incorporating regular exercise into your life; you are also physically active in your job.
