Energy Estimator
How much food do you need to eat to make it through each day?
ninemsn Health's energy estimator will calculate how many kilojoules you should eat during the day. Simply enter your weight and activity levels into our calculator.
For your activity level, choose from either light, moderate or heavy.
"Light"
means you are physically active only a few times a week. If your job is not physically active, and you exercise three times a week or less, you fall into this category.
"Moderate"
means you exercise more than three times a week.
"Heavy"
means that as well as incorporating regular exercise into your life; you are also physically active in your job.
